i. International NGOs registered in any country outside Sri Lanka

ii. Any local NGO receiving foreign funding

iii. Any local NGO functions in more than one administrative district

iv. Registration of NGOs which registered under Companies Act No. 7 of 2007

In the Divisional Secretariat where the organization is established, even if the members are scattered all over the island.

An organization registered with ROC which established on a voluntary basis by a group of individuals without the intention of making a profit can be registered in this Secretariat.

Expatriates from registered NGOs who are arriving short term for educational purposes, conferences and monitoring and evaluation purposes

A request letter, copy of the passport, letter of appointment/ invitation letter and work schedule is required

Before one and half months prior to entry date or expiry date for Entry Visa, Work Permit and Visa Extensions.
