1. Providing consulting services to NGOs to implement their projects, coordination between government institutions and civil organizations.
  2. Providing necessary recommendations to get tax concessions for goods import for welfare projects.
  3. Forwarding visa recommendations to the Department of Immigration and Emigration for the foreigners coming to the duties of registered NGOs
  4. Conducting necessary capacity development programs for the staff to maintain smooth functioning of NGOs.
  5. Informing Parliament's Advisory Committees and Sectoral Oversight Committees about the projects of non-governmental organizations.
